8 Pink Lipsticks for Spring: A Roundup of My Latest Lip Loves - Makeup and Beauty Blog
It's officially, finally spring — and for me that means pink lippies!
To exist honest, I wear some of these lipsticks year round (especially ColourPop Clueless)…just I am somewhat seasonal with my makeup. I do think information technology'south fun to change my look with the seasons, and hither are my current top pink jump lippies this year.
I went with lots of different finishes and colors this time (here were my pink leap picks last year). Whatever your style, I hope this list gives you some ideas.
ColourPop Cosmetics Ultra Matte Lip inClueless is 1 of my most worn lipsticks (it fifty-fifty fabricated my October Favorites video last year).
I like to wear liquid lipsticks to work because they're able to last through my abiding eating and drinking, and this color is So pretty. Information technology's a medium infant pink and still very wearable. On weekends I like to top it with a gloss like Peonine for a actually flirty await, and information technology's simply $half-dozen at ColourPop Cosmetics.
Unfortunately, I don't think this photo of Peonine actually captures its pinkness, just it's in that location (it's just sheer), along with pink sparkles.
It's very subtle, only layered over a pink lipstick, information technology'll bring out the pinkish with its pretty, yet subtle shimmer. Here information technology is bachelor at Neiman Marcus for $30.
Glo Minerals Foam Glaze Crayon in Heirloom is probably my overall favorite of this bunch. First, the Glo Minerals Foam Glaze Crayons are exactly what you might wait from their name.
They're super polish and flossy and feel great on my lips. They remind me a lot of the NARS Velvet Gloss lip pencils, and one affair I actually love most them is that they come with a pencil sharpener in the lid, which is super convenient, especially since the pencils wear down fairly quickly.
They're available now at Glo Professional for $16.
Glo Minerals Suede Matte Crayon in Demure reminds me of a toned downwardly version of Clueless. Information technology's a pretty cool-toned pink — very approrpiate for everyday habiliment — and it'south also available at Glo Professional for $16.
Glo Minerals Cream Coat Crayon in Dahlia is a gorgeous berry pinkish. Glossy, but not over the summit, information technology's perfect for going out at night and on weekends.
It's such a fun color, and the crayon makes it easy to use without needing a liner. Also available at Glo Professional for $16.
MAC Plum Dandy is one of my few frost lipsticks, only I dearest information technology. I'm on a mission to bring these back in fashion, because I think they're so cool and unexpected.
I actually bought Plum Bully at the Toronto airdrome in January and have been waiting for spring to start to officially start wearing information technology. I honey the pinkish, plum and aureate shimmer. Information technology's an unusual shade…just still totally wearable for everyday wear. Available at Nordstrom for $17.
Watermelon pink Glo Minerals Cream Glaze Crayon in Bloom just screams spring/summer to me (information technology has carmine undertones). I expect information technology to exist one of my weekend staples for a few months.
MAC Chatterbox Lipstick is a super bright baby pink, simply I don't think it goes over the summit. I love the creamy finish too. PERFECT for leap. Also available at Nordstrom for $17.
In case you're wondering, I'one thousand wearing Diorskin Nude Air Serum SPF 20 in shade 050 in these pictures. I LOVE this foundation and program to do a full review and comparison against my other foundation favorites in the coming weeks.
These are the pink lippies that will be in my rotation this jump. What are yours? 🙂
